Pos 1) Perhaps a borderline cube but no one is passing and I would wait until something improves for me or starts to go wrong for my opp.

Pos 2) This looks like a cube since our opp often has timing issues and a smallish roll that makes our 2 pt is really nice. I think it still is a take since Blue can have trouble quickly and this isn't extremely gammonish since sometimes when White's timing goes south he just leaves the 4 pt anchor.
