All in all I like it.

Regarding the prize fund structure, I would definitely NOT do it the "normal" way, for example: 1st = $6,000 2nd = $3,000 3rd = $1,500 4th = $750 5th = $375 Because, if you do, you may have 5 people splitting 5th place, so the payout would be a joke. Trust me - it will happen.

For this tournament, I think better would be something like: 1st = $4,000 2nd = $3,000 3rd = $2,000 4th = $1,500 5th = $1,500 Although 4/5 are the same, 5 will probably be divied up by more people.
