Madison format

We do not have a fixed algorithm. Instead, we have cards. The players with the same record are shuffled and randomly drawn to pair. If a pairing violates one of the rules, we back up and try again. Toward the end, we may check thru the cards to make sure there is a solution, but we always turn the cards upside-down when we need to shuffle.

I really liked the comments from Daniel Murphy here and attempted to program a simulator using the method for testing our new method. In the end, I just couldn't devote enough time to the project. Perhaps a change for another year.
