Madison format

Early in the tournament, say rounds 4,5,6, when collisions are rare, we just back up one place and redraw the last pairing. Later, when the groups get small, we may place the cards face up and determine if there is a single solution. If there is more than one solution, we turn the cards back over and randomly select between them.
