Madison format

Generally I favor these changes. I never liked that playoff mess.

However, while you can carve up the prize pool in any manner you wish, I am curious as to how the ABT points would be divided up. The current ABT formula requires that either 3rd place gets equal points as 4th place, or that 3rd place gets double the points of 4th place. Same situation with 4th and 5th. And there is no provision for splitting ABT points if multiple people share 5th. Personally, for a non-elimination bracket format like this, I see no problem with the "old" ABT formula that carved up the points in the same ratio as the cash. But the current rules do not provide for that option (not to say exceptions couldn't be made).

This needs to be worked out ahead of time as some people will not be happy if it is arbitrarily decided after the results are in.
