Verifying Randomness

I think we agree. I was thinking of proof in a mathematical sense, which is 100%. But if you consider statistically proofing as to mean given a probability for non-randomness, I agree, you can do a test that concludes that with 100-x% certainty, the dice is non-random. "x" may approach zero, but never reaches the value zero.
