Hi Jason, I'm going to need your help here, because I am certainly not an expert in statistics and probability. However, based on the data collected during the 3,000-flips trial with NO RODS INSTALLED, I thought the results clearly demonstrated that randomness was indeed achieved. But, since you say that "it's not true", please explain your thoughts on the data I collected and posted. I do understand that "perfect" randomness would have resulted in the red die beginning the flip showing a 1 500 times out of 3,000 flips, instead of only 491, but I thought that was pretty close. I also thought that the results of those 491 "red ones" were very close to what should be expected from a randomness-producing process. I imagine that the data would have been better had the trial been longer (say 5,000 or 10,000 flips), but after about 14 hours (over 3 days) my wife and I had to stop at 3,000 flips. Could you (or anyone else) explain to me why the reported data would not be considered random, because (as you requested) I will stop claiming randomness if I shouldn't be. Thank you. Brett Meyer
