You've done a pretty good amount of work to try to see that your tubes are doing what they are supposed to do, which is to generate random numbers.

The unfortunate thing is that NOTHING you can do will allow you to say that your tubes generate random numbers. I'm not looking for an equal amount of each number in your trial -- in fact, if you got that, I'd just be suspicious you were doctoring the results.

The best you can do is to do statistical tests and say with high confidence that nothing in your test indicates a lack of randomness. To be fair, it's equally impossible to say that the dice we play with and roll on an everyday basis are generating random numbers.

I'm not sure what phrase to use, but "randomness was achieved" is slightly misleading in natural language and impossible in a statistical sense.
