Why the big difference in equity between paths?

When GNU-bg shows considerably different values for the cubeless breakdown numbers, in my experience it indicates that the bot doesn't understand the position particularly well. (That is because the No Double path is more likely to end soon with D+P and be evaluated compared to the Double path which continues a long while.)

Here (using XG) the Double path wins 2% more total games and 4% more gammons. Why?
