This position appears to have quite a bit in common with the last one if you start out by making the barpoint (which looks right to me). Then you have one 3 remaining and several ways to play it: 24/21, 11/8, 8/5. But now 24/21 is very dangerous since opp has brought down a direct builder for that point. The blot on our 11-point is still a builder for the 10- and 9-points but no longer for the barpoint. (Still only four rolls hit in our outfield and 5-2 is duped.)
The question for me is "how good is 8/5?" It shuffles a checker from one good location to another -- not destructive but not constructive, either. If opp doesn't make his 21-point next turn then this shuffle creates a builder (i.e. we likely will give up the 8-point to make the 4-point on head). I guess the answer is "neutral".
How do 4's play next turn if we move 11/8? Especially if opp makes our 4-point, apparently not so great. (4-5 in particular is awkward. Maybe 4-6 as well.) That does it for me.
10/7, 13/7, 8/5.
