Neil vs. Mochy on GG; why I took it private

I don't agree at all that whisper should be default. I like GG for it's social nature. Most matches played there are not part of a competition like this. However I am in complete agreement that there must be an option to force whisper mode on all watchers, yet still allow the players themselves to chat.
