XG Luck Factor Question

When we looked at the original SHG double issues -- which is what the "non precision" rooms are still using supposedly, the issue was that they were generating approximately 9% doubles rather than 16.67% doubles, but this was the same for both players and the distribution of other rolls was as expected, when corrected for doubles. Given that XG luck is a combination of both opponents rolls I would think that this difference would not impact the overall luck rate since the probabilities of a given roll are still the same on each side.
