When you think about it to tamper with the rolls to skew the luck rate requires quite a bit of extra programming as well as additional server capacity to perform analysis of the positions behind the scenes and use this data to modify the dice rolls. It also has to be able to do this without significantly skewing the overall dice distribution.

I don't actually agree with this. Based on their previous record, are you really 100% certain that both players at SHG have the same chance of rolling a double in each game and it's not 8% higher than proper for one and 8% lower for the other, based on who won the opening roll or any other random factor due to incompetence in programming? I'm not at all suggesting that this is the case, just that I don't have that 100% confidence.
