The price vs. value of a video, or a lesson, or a book, depends strictly on the buyer. I, personally, wasted a lot of money on backgammon books...not that the books were not great and not full of useful information, but I was just not able to absorb the right information well that way. Virtually everything I have learned and retained was from teachers. I have paid for plenty of lessons from Kit, Nack, Perry, and had the good fortune to have help and mentorship from people like Sly, Howard Ring, Jake, Oswald, Rockwell and others...for me, those were the most valuable and best lessons I have had.
I have seen some of Mochy's videos, and they are excellent. For the same money, you could buy books or take private lessons that will contain much of the same information and even more information. The question is, what works better for you? What illustrates the point in a manner that will sink in? Each person must answer that for himself. If the videos work for you, they are a terrific value.
And of course, it's also a matter of what you can afford and how much of your disposable income you are willing to spend on learning the game.
In other words, it is impossible to place a "value" on any of these teaching methods that apply to everyone. What is expensive or cheap for one person could be the opposite for another.
