OtB I believe I'd cover the acepoint (13/1) and bring another builder down for the blitz (13/9). The plan is to reach an efficient cube.

If you don't cover the acepoint and play 24/20(2) it appears to me as though you're trying for a mutual holding game, which doesn't seem to match Vanna's current strengths. Any play that doesn't get off the 24-point (with at least one checker) -- such as 2(2), 4(2) -- seems to also go after the blitz (or maybe a block), but leave the acepoint blot hanging.
