I'd take for sure for money as it is a LONG time before I get closed out and White's structure provides decent containment and may prove annoying if White ever hits since he has 5 out of 6 points needed for a prime.

Leading 2-1 to 9 it is very bad to get G'd on a 4 cube so I think passing is prudent, but with the score reversed, I doubt this is even a proper recube.
