In Response To: Proposing That We Start Public Rating and Review of Tournaments and Directors (Bill Riles)

I agree, at least for the major part. I think a first rating could/should be non-public, and be used to provide feedback to that tournaments / tournament directors could improve. For later ones, ratings may be published, but maybe responsiveness to criticism should be one of the criteria.
