In Response To: I LOVE Playing Until 2:15 AM And Then Being Required To Play Again at 10 AM Saturday (Julia Hayward)

Welcome back, Julia, and don't take this single event as representative of what BG has evolved into.

You didn't mention where this occurred or who the director was -- just as well. But it's clear to me that the problems incurred were inevitable. One hour per round for 7-point matches, even clocked with the current default of 12 seconds per move plus 14 bonus minutes for each player, is just not sufficient.

Hope the director uses this as a learning experience and makes significant adjustments next time.
