I wonder if repeatedly referring to one's potential customer base as "blockheads", "boneheads" and "egotists" is the best way to make a sale?

Good point. (And, BTW, I think BG directors/promoters need to consider your advice, too.)

We tend to be more diplomatic when in the general press. In GoL's snarling den of wolves, no one's character is safe from attack. And I doubt the NFL coaches/GM's or even the TV media monitor this site. (Of course a Google search of "idiot coaches" might find it. :)
