In Response To: Simborg's Duplicate Backgammon (George Morse)

With all due respect, this was tried over 30 years ago in a match with Barclay Cooke and son vs the UK and basically was shown to prove nothing. Back then with different early game styles, the games often diverged extremely quickly and even with today's bot dominated early game expert play, games will diverge quickly and then what is a joker at one table becomes a horror roll at another etc etc.

IMO, duplicate BG is a waste of time .. neilkaz ..
