I personally am only able to attend 10 or so ABT events per year. While proximity to my home will weigh heavily (i.e. those I can drive to), and I will not attend events too close to one another in the schedule, there are a number of elective events remaining that come down to preference as to whether I will attend. I can definitely say that clock policy will likely also be the make or break factor on which events I choose to fill the rest of my calendar with. I too will wait to see the official details for CSI before I make my final decision.
