I agree, that's why I'd love to see "Rules of Opening Play II" in near future when you consciously collect some more of these "rules" (as you said you can only remember them when they come up in actual play). But for 1 article this was more then enough. While stronger players might find that they already know most of the stuff, having it written so clearly in one place is great. Some of my own conclusions or assumptions were confirmed! For beginners/intermediates this will extremely improve their game, I'm sure!
