I believe that means there were four events: one amateur (liubiteli) flight, one "masters" (mastera) flight and two side events -- a ladies (zhenskii) tournament and something called "SWING." Or there were two amateur flights, two masters flights and two side events.

Apparently the 1000 Euro "grandmaster" flight didn't take off.

For the Kharkiv Open, "amateur" was announced as three flights with matches to 3, 5 or 7, no doubling cube, no Crawford rule with entry fees of 20, 50 or 100 Grivna (100 Grivna = US$12.50); "masters" as three flights of matches to 5, 7, or 9, with doubling cube and Crawford rule, with entry fees of 200, 500 or 1,000 Grivna; and "grandmaster" as one flight with doubling cube, without Crawford rule, (1) 5-round Swiss x 10-moneygames qualifying 8 players to (2) 3-rounds x 10-moneylikegames with "balanced scoring system" followed by (3) 4-player cup with the same moneylike format as part (2).
