In Response To: Timeout before field goals - redux (Gregg Cattanach)

OK, not delay of game. It doesn't seem fair that they get a practice kick when the timeout was obviously called before the snap as you say.

On a related note there was a college team that was called for a penalty after the game was over. They scored a TD on the final play as time ran out and got flagged for excessive celebration.
