Sorry, I saw that there was no cube but missed that there were no gammons or backgammons. That makes the analysis much simpler. You could imagine just playing all 13 games and seeing who wins at least 7. The winner of that contest would obviously be the same as if you just stopped after someone reached 7 wins. So each game is eqaully important. Give 1 minute to each.

For your other question I had done this thinking already.
