The only adjustments you should make are ones based on the knowledge of your opponent gained in the first match. If he is clearly inferior: complicate the games; double a tad later when you don't have many market losers; drop a tad sooner. If he is prone to taking very late, you can adjust your doubling strategy further. If you feel he is better than you: try to simplify the games; double aggressively in blitz type positions; double a little later in complicated games; redouble aggressively.
