I don't agree with Bob's Argument. The last game is not as important as the previous ones

There is a problem with Bob's argument, but it's not that the last game is not as important as the previous ones - in your example, if you sacrifice the first or second match, you're just as well off.

Bob wrote: "So each game is eqaully important. Give 1 minute to each." The problem is that the second does not obviously follow from the first, as your example demonstrates. Even though each game is equally important, it is possible that there are better strategies than equal time allotting, though maybe not under the rule that Fabrice specified. At least for the best-of-three/match to two case, I think if Lost GWC = C*e^(-at), equal time allotting must be correct.
