'QUOTE: If you feel he is better than you: try to simplify the games; double aggressively in blitz type positions; double a little later in complicated games; redouble aggressively
There is 1 guy who plays vs me (I am better player) like this. What is best strategy against this type of player?'
If you are clearly superior, I would: complicate the games by slotting more on close opening plays and responses; as Stick pointed out in reply to a J. O. problem, when it is a close decision between an anchor and a hit and the hit could lead to both sides having gammon chances, maintain the anchor as it will lengthen the game and give your opponent more chances to make mistakes. It will decrease volatility and may help you avoid the uncomfortable feeling of deciding whether to make a close take against an inferior opponent in a gammonish position; if you know he redoubles aggressively, double him a tad later than normal in low-volatility positions where your take point on a recube would be in the 27% or higher range. But, if, ATS, you would have a very low take point, double him normally.
It is important to not overdo these suggestions and to only use them when you are clearly superior.
