Who Among Us Knows All There Is To Know About How To Play An Opening 32?

I'm sure someone could construct a sequence of rolls and plays which leads to the opening position again, but I wonder if this is possible with optimal moves by both players?

I have never found my own checkers in the opening position again while in the middle of a game, let alone both my own and my opponent's checkers.

Maybe we should first investigate if such a sequence is a real practical possibility? And if it is then of course we should extend Stick's opening rollouts with variations where either player holds the cube.
