3-2 owning cube

There is a much simpler way to get to that position, owning the cube and then rolling an opening 3-2: your opponent spots you cube ownership to get you to play for money. If someone were to offer me that spot, there is a reasonable chance they could convince me to play for money--but I can't speak for you or the others at this forum regarding this question. Of course I would feel a little uneasy not being sure exactly what the spot is worth, either with perfect play or for someone like myself who doesn't know how to play opening moves such as 3-2 in this unfamiliar situation.
Just because nobody has offered me a spot lately doesn't mean it won't happen. At Towson, Brandon Macklin tried to convince me to give him a spot, just as he did last year. I patiently explained to him (again) that he has the concept wrong. I don't like to give spots, I prefer to get them instead.
