Bottom's strength is a 4-point board (3 after this play) and 1 checker back, vs. Top's 2 checkers back and 5 more checkers off. Bottom can keep a 3-point board and leave zero, one or two new blots. I'd not give Top a chance to send another checker back. So, bar/24* 4/2 4/3.
