Yes. Because remaining in the game is more important than maximizing winning chances. This is just like how you should not take a cube for the match when you are down in the race. Dropping keeps you alive at least a whole nother game.

Sorry, but if you cannot tell I am being sarcastic. Your analysis is WEAK and LOLing at how you are calling Stoops a moron.
