The short answer is yes, XG is far superior to any other software; xgr+ is the best information short of a rollout; and a long rollout is your best assurance of the correct answer--though that is not always 100 percent as even XG is not as good as some humans on some types of positions.
XG is far improved in all areas, including back games, and Xavier is working hard on a new version that will be even better and will allow rollouts using XGR+. Neil is doing much to help the process, and I am also beta testing and offering suggestions and help (as we both did on the original version).
I have no comment relative to Stick, Rory, and Paul Weaver, except to say that in those three words can be found every possible good and bad human trait that has ever been created. If there is a God, surely he is beta testing a new version of those three for submission in the future.
