Results differ in XG

XGR+ analysis will give the same result on separate computer as long as the following setting are the same (all in the analysis tab of the options):

  • MET
  • Outplays (error compare to XG)
  • Do not calculate Resign errors
  • Wrong double/take is an error
  • Search interval

    Note that the default seed does not matter for XGR(+) it uses a seed of 1 regardless the user setting.

    XGR+ and 5-ply will differ, there is about 5 elo point difference between the two (XGR+ is stronger btw). On short match it can create a noticeable difference.
