Seems to me there is even another issue here. A bot which isn't in training is very predictable, particularly at evaluations. Are humans predictable? Any humans? Not only are we (in most cases) learning as we go, but in addition we are subject to non-quantifiable fickle actions. Do players on winning streaks take more chances than when they are not? Do players on losing streaks tighten up and become more conservative? Do tired players play the same as when they are fully rested? What 'rating' is representative of each of these same-but-different players?
