Adjusted match equity

Not enough info I am afraid. The better player will have a lot more chances at -8,-5 than at -2,-1 Crawford, although the MET says 32% in both cases.
Nevertheless, if someone has some adjusting heuristics that don't require to learn a whole table for each rating difference, I am interested. I remember having once or twice tried a simple approximation OTB for calculating some post-Crawford equity when contemplating a leader cube at -2,-n.
