Adjusted match equity

Walter Trice wrote a program called 'MEG3' or something like that that generates match equity tables based on different skill levels. I have a copy somewhere (I think), but I don't know if it is still available anywhere on the web.

To generate such a table, you need to know more that just the rating difference. He has inputs for the percentage of gammons lost and won for each player, how often they will drop takes and other metrics like that.

It is all described in 'Can a Fish Taste Twice As Good' (Jacobs/Trice).
