ONE of the many problems with affirmative action.

NO recipient can, or will ever, accomplishment anything that is not, or cannot be, stigmatized by the program.

That is true of Thomas, and is the source of his objections. It is true of little barryo. It is true of ALL -- black, brown, female, challenged in any way.
