Yes, their customer service is a cut above many other vendors and you'll be speaking to people on site in California. My video card here is adequate for BG and is the GTX-275 (no longer listed) with 1.768 MB. I think this card would save about $300 to $350 over the most expensive option. If you go super cheap on the video card, you may find things like surfing the web to be delayed I fear. That being said, if I were buying today, I'd go with a slightly less powerful and expensive video card for BG use, even though I now play a couple of other games on this PC.

When I'm in SF for Chiva's may event, I'll see if I can rent a car for a day and go visit these guys on Monday.
