Yes, the 62% is "cubeless" -- the same as with Gnubg's "cubeless" game breakdowns. When Gnubg double/passes after 8/2* 5/2 ... fan, it estimates double/take wins at about 87%. And ~87% of 25/36 is ~60%. And ~60% plus ~2% wins when you get hit = ~62%. I assume XG is doing exactly the same, since the "cubeless" game breakdown in a Gnubg rollout matches Ken's XG result. The 69% wins after 8/5 8/2* (where fain leads to Too Good instead of Double/Pass) are also "cubeless."
