Daniel Murphy has already stated the main reason, which is that the "wins" are cubeless wins. I've gone on like a broken record almost since I started posting here that those cubeless numbers are misleading and cause confusion such as the one you're experiencing, but so far the bot developers don't seem to feel any market pressure to change that legacy feature (a holdover from the days when bots like Snowie didn't play checkers according to the score and used Janowski to estimate equities even from a full rollout).

Currently there is no way for you to view actual wins in XG as opposed to cubeless wins. GNU's "View Statistics" feature will allow you do that, but GNU has limited support for "View Statistics" and it's cumbersome and doesn't always work the way you want it to.
