Perhaps the arb was in slumberland ? Or perhaps he cannot say anything unless one of the opps says something ? Anyhow..this is BS and the arb really shouldn't let someone change the dice, even if it was an inadvertant bump which seems doubtful in the player was initially trying to play 63. However, perhaps he felt he missread the dice initially and that 53 was his actual roll ? Who knows..but the arb shouldn't let this happen, IMHO !!!
