In Response To: Ethics vs. Etiquette? in LA (Casper van der Tak)

Agree with Timothy, A had been instructing B about the rules all through this match, no reason why he should not explain a rule that would be to B's disadvantage to use.

If he's deciding whether to explain a rule based on whether it's advantageous to B, couldn't that be construed as suggesting a play? Seems to me that remaining neutral and just explaining the rule would be more sporting.
