Expert and World Class Definition

My impression is that when you play in championship class in big tournaments like nordic open and monte carlo the average PR is around 5-8 and that the top 10-20% payers are between 2 and 5. The level of play at Play65 isn't that great except at the high stakes level as far as I can tell (but I haven't played there for atleast a year.) For me word class means that you are a really strong player and I agree with MCG that we need to set the bar as high as 3.5 and better.
