squaring the circle

I am not looking for terms. I use the words I know and I do not know so much English words.
Billions of people learn how to square the circle (for all practical purposes) squaring triangles at the age of 10 or 11. If Rich and Timothy do not mind. I guessed I could be understood by billions.
This thread getting bearded and not contributing to Stick's point about learning and unlearning. My point is that there is no harm in learning a simple thing sometimes instead of learning the "absolute" ALWAYS and you are telling me my shirt is not ironed. That is why I answered Daniel but not Rich. My point is not introducing terms. My point is that Neil's numbers are useful for a beginner and often to a World class player even when the old or new METs are available, but not memorized. Stick is right (as my grand daughter is) that knowing the "right button" is the most economic way of reaching from A to B. I predict 100 years from today babies will be born with one finger only - to press the "right button".
