Who Is Dr. Bob Wachtel?

Some people might be interested to know that Bob was also an excellent chess player back in the late 70's and 80's when he was in Toronto. He was probably in the top 20 in Canada at the time (or something like that).

Rumor has it that he played many summers in local toronto BG scene learning his craft. Somehow he managed to get a PHD in his spare time.
