Estimating winning percentage from MWC errors

Forget all the things that i said until now about fate of matches, evolution of MWC in a match, etc.

Here is a nice problem: In an urn there are 1 billion balls, 500 million are white and 500 million are black. You extract 10% of them = 100 million and paint them black and put them back in the urn. How many white balls are there in the urn now?
