Umm... 450 million, more or less... so what?

Can you follow my argument far enough to see that, at least in the case that you piss away 10% MWC at your first opportunity (let's assume for the moment and for the sake of simplicity that that's somehow possible right before the match really starts, reducing your MWC from 50% to 40%), you will only win 40% of matches (which is also really obvious when you start every match - after your initial blunder - with 40% MWC)?
