I don't see the matchscore affecting the decision here.
Two plays appeal to me: 25/24, 13/11 which makes a valuable new point; 25/23, 14/13 which erases a direct shot blot. The latter play also puts some pressure on opp's stripped 8-point, making it harder to use one of those checkers as an immediate homeboard builder. However, putting 5 checkers on the 13-point isn't the greatest diversification move, either.
Margriel's save-vs-bold criteria indicate lifting the blot is the preferred play. Basically White caters to his current primary GP by concentrating on his race lead.
Summary: 25/23, 14/13.
