Since I am in a position to clarify some of the points or questions here. The vapor that comes from these is just water vapor, and its only there in order to more closely mimic smoking. Smoking itself is as much a physical addiction as it is a mental one, and the mechanics play a crucial role.

Do I advocate e-cigs during a match? only if both players agree to it. One of the best things about e-cigs is that you can only take whatever you need from it, be it one draw or 10. So, theoretically, you can probably leave the match playing area and take a couple of draws whenever you need. Just make sure that you are near a door, and that you do it on your own clock time.

I do find Leonardo's extensive objections to be somewhat belligerent, and tedious, since its the same thing over and over. You seem closed minded to the concept. I also congratulate you on not having an addiction that interferes with your life in such an obtrusive way.

My final stance on this: Only if both players agree; however, I for one will not be using these during matches. It interferes with my own thought processes for BG.
